When it comes to a good night sleep, playing music that is mellow can help you fall asleep. But the sound of a metronome might be too distracting. You get a ticking sound in your head you are not going to fall asleep for the next few hours.

I’m 24 years old and I’ve been playing the piano since I was a kid. I’m a little rusty with sheet music ever since I sustained a severe sports injury that prevented me from playing for a few years…your exercises really help me remember the notes and theory ??? thank you very much!

      Hello sir
Your videos are amazing ! I wanted to say that I am able to read notes but I am not able to fluently sight read , bcs when I have to read a note I refer to a mnemonic or something and although that takes less than 3 secs, but it really messes up the tempo. Any advice ?

I am trying to move chord voicings to RH. I
read melody right hand w/o problem. Yet
Chords keeping melody on top is more challenging. Could post on adding harmony to RH and chod reading RH. Or I would be pleased to take a few lessons on this subject. Also if you know existing material let me know. Thank you so much.
