    to everyone who is feeling sad, grab a snack, get some water, get a blanket, and write down your thoughts. when you’re done, lay down, and get some rest, no matter the time.

    I have regretted so many things in life, but this video and its comments helped me a lot. I was feeling stressed and sad, on the verge of crying, but looking at all the comments, from all these people, warms my heart. I want to thank everyone here for lifting my spirits. I love you all, no matter your race or anything. I just want to thank u all for EVERYTHING. You made a big impact today, and i’m starting to feel better 🙂

    To everyone who’s studying with this music:
    Checklist:
    • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate?

    • Your charger. You sometimes don’t even notice that your device’s battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time?

    • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it’s a late night study session, you won’t wake up anyone?

    • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕

    • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️

    •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy ?

    Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it’s cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
    You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that’s even better than listening to music while reading the book.

    I hope y’all had a good day, if not, that’s okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight ??

    If your doing homework, don’t worry you will finish it just keep going ❤️

    A few tips for studying:
    ?Listen to this (ofc)
    ?If you are sitting at a desk make it comfortable (blankets and pillows)
    ?Clear a specific space
    ?Have the window open (if it’s cold only open it a tiny bit)for fresh air
    ?Don’t pressure yourself
    ?It’s ok to take a break ❤️
    ?Stay hydrated
    ?Have some food with you

    It’s 11pm, everyone is asleep. You’re in bed, waiting with your picnic bag. You check the time, and sneakily run out of the house, and walk to this big, grassy hill. On the hill sits a large tree, shading people from the moonlight. you go and sit under the tree and watch as the stars sparkle. someone shouts your name. you look over your shoulder and there they are, grinning and waving. they come over to you and sit down and you talk about things you love together, listen to music together, and have a midnight feast. you decide you don’t want to go home. You just want to stay. you want to stay in their arms, lying down under a tree while the stars sparkle and the insects buzz.

    I’m 14 and I’m scared that there’s monsters in my room. It’s so childish but I’ve decided to share with all of you I listen to this every night on repeat and it calms my anxiety down. I’m not sacred anymore because of the light from my computer and the music is amazing. Just a suggestion for you all, have an amazing day :3

      The secret is making a nest. Make your room a sanctuary of peace. Make little beautiful things for your room. I have an oodie. It is the greatest magical fabric ever made. Get a plushie animal that you love and you can hug it tight. When I get in my bed it is so peaceful and feels so good. The monsters will be so happy and feel good and they can chill with you. It’s like that. They can listen to lofi or read a book. Ok time for sleep. oodie hoodie up. zzzz
